Triad Law Group serves families and businesses across the western Piedmont, with offices in Clemmons, Mocksville, and High Point. We handle the legal matters that shape everyday life: estate planning, wills and trusts, real estate closings, family and juvenile matters, criminal and traffic defense, and the legal side of owning a business.
We are attorneys who listen, who explain, and who call you back.
Attorney at Law
Sarah Young founded Triad Law Group and leads the firm’s estate planning and real estate practice. She works with individuals, families, and business owners who are planning for the future, buying or selling property, or deciding what happens to what they have built. Her job is to make those decisions clear and handle the legal side so clients can move forward with confidence.
Sarah concentrates her practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, elder law and guardianships, special needs planning, business matters, and residential and commercial real estate closings.
Outside the office, Sarah serves as Vice President of the Downtown Mocksville Collaborative, which promotes the downtown Mocksville business community.
Attorney at Law
Lynn Gullett represents clients in criminal defense, DWI, and traffic matters, along with domestic violence, custody, and termination of parental rights cases. Licensed in North Carolina since 1988, Lynn is a retired Superior Court judge who served more than sixteen years as an Assistant District Attorney and eight years as a District Court judge. She is certified as a Superior Court mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. She has seen these cases from the prosecution table and from the bench.
Outside the office, Lynn and her husband volunteer with Piedmont Animal Rescue and have fostered more than 100 dogs.
